ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADU)

JADU

$5,000-$6,000

Max 500 sq. ft., converted from existing living space or garage, with a separate kitchen and either a separate or shared bathroom.

ATTACHED ADU

$8,000-$12,000

50% of the existing single-family residence or the maximum allowable square footage by the city, whichever is less.

DETACHED ADU

$8,000-$10,000

Conversion within a detached accessory structure and/or new construction: 800-1200 sq. ft. max, determined by City Ordinance
